At British Brewing Company, we take great pride in the quality of our service, food, and merchandise. While our in-house dining experiences are non-refundable, we do provide return and refund options for eligible merchandise purchased through our official channels.

 

Merchandise Purchases

We offer limited-edition merchandise including apparel, glassware, and collectibles. For these products:

  • Eligibility: Returns are accepted for unworn, unused merchandise in its original packaging.

  • Timeframe: You may request a return within 2 hrs of receiving the item.

  • Process: Email us at info@britishbrewingcompany.com with your order details, and our team will guide you through the return procedure.

  • Shipping Charges: Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

 

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.

  • Refunds are not applicable to food or beverage items once served or consumed.

  • Refunds are not issued for event bookings unless the event is cancelled by us.

 

Food & Beverage

Due to the perishable nature of food and drink, we do not offer refunds for dine-in or takeaway orders. If you face an issue with your meal or service, we encourage you to speak with our on-duty manager or contact us within 24 hours for assistance.
