Merchandise Purchases
We offer limited-edition merchandise including apparel, glassware, and collectibles. For these products:
Eligibility: Returns are accepted for unworn, unused merchandise in its original packaging.
Timeframe: You may request a return within 2 hrs of receiving the item.
Process: Email us at info@britishbrewingcompany.com with your order details, and our team will guide you through the return procedure.
Shipping Charges: Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.
Refunds are not applicable to food or beverage items once served or consumed.
Refunds are not issued for event bookings unless the event is cancelled by us.
Food & Beverage
Due to the perishable nature of food and drink, we do not offer refunds for dine-in or takeaway orders. If you face an issue with your meal or service, we encourage you to speak with our on-duty manager or contact us within 24 hours for assistance.
